Insurance
We directly bill Bupa Arabia, Tawuniya, MedGulf, Allianz, GlobeMed, and Saudi Re, among others. Use the insurance checker on our Insurance page to confirm your policy.

Admissions & Pre-admission
Between 24 and 72 hours before your procedure. The earlier the call, the easier the day-of arrival.
Four steps: (1) Pre-admission call — a nurse phones 24–72 hours ahead to confirm details, insurance, allergies, medication. (2) Pre-op workup — bloods, ECG, imaging if needed, in a single morning visit. (3) Day of admission — skip registration and head straight to your room; consent forms are confirmed there. (4) Discharge brief — a written plan in English and Arabic, prescriptions delivered to your room, follow-up booked before you leave.
Private rooms with a companion bed, a named nurse and consultant in writing, a halal dietitian-tailored menu, and discharge by 11:00 for most planned-procedure stays with prescriptions and notes ready.
One companion is welcome in a private room and a second bed is provided. Paediatric admissions can have two parents at all times.
Billing & Financial Counselling
Four steps: (1) Written estimate — a single page listing the procedure, indicative cost range, and expected insurance cover. (2) Co-payment confirmed before the consultation begins. (3) Itemised invoice sent to you and your insurer after the visit. (4) Claims follow-through — we track the claim through to settlement.
Only the co-payment, if your policy requires one, and only after we confirm the exact amount in writing.
Cash, card (Mada, Visa, Mastercard), and Apple Pay at every counter. Instalments through Al Rajhi or Mayssara — 3, 6, or 12-month plans. International invoices in English with ICD/CPT codes for reimbursement.
Refunds settle within 7 working days of the closed claim, paid back to the original card or bank account.
